Founder and president of H&A and H&A eDiscovery, Oleh Hrycko is a Chartered Accountant and Specialist in Investigative Forensic Accounting (IFA). Under his guidance H&A has helped most major Canadian law firms, and many of Canada's largest domestic and multinational corporations, meet their Electronic Discovery and Computer Forensics challenges. An expert witness before the Ontario Court (General Division) and Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Oleh as been appointed court-appointed inspector by the Superior Court of Ontario. Oleh is in strong demand as a presenter at electronic discovery conferences and training events and is the author of "Electronic Discovery in Canada: Best Practices and Guidelines", A CCH Canadian Limited publication.
Kimberly, a CA since 1982, has unique experience in Forensic Accounting. With previous experience as a senior manager for a Big Four accounting firm, she has qualified as an expert before the Ontario Court (General Division) and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. In her current role, Kimberly oversees the Financial, Human Resources, Professional Development and Operational needs for both H&A and H&A eDiscovery.
A 30-year veteran of the Montreal Urban Police, Daniel co-founded the computer forensics support module for Montreal High Tech Crime Unit. He has conducted computer forensic examinations for a wide variety of criminal and civil matters ranging from homicide, child pornography, international drug smuggling, counterfeit money and credit/debit cards fraud, to theft of intellectual property and major telemarketing scams. Since joining H&A eDiscovery in 2003, Daniel has focused on advising the legal community on computer forensics and e-discovery strategies and has been involved in the execution of numerous Anton Piller Orders in Quebec.
With an extensive background in business-to-business and professional services marketing and business development, Jerry is focused on creating visibility for H&A eDiscovery's broad litigation support services and capabilities in the Canadian legal, corporate and governmental communities.

An engineer specializing in Computer and Information Science, Harold has over 25 years of experience in application development, technology management, computer forensics and electronic discovery. In his current role with H&A eDiscovery Harold has extensive experience managing the e-discovery data processing for large, complex projects on behalf of many of Canada's major law firms.
An experienced eDiscovery project manager and software developer with extensive U.S. eDiscovery experience, Rhonda leads the project support team for H&A eDiscovery's clients.
